- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

Job Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires receive appropriate training.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related issues.
