Skills:

  •  Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

Job Responsibilites:
  •  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  •  Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
  •  Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires receive appropriate training.
  •  Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related issues.
