What You’ll Do?

• Lead Generation and Business Development

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients for outreach.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

• Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Create strategic marketing plans to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Plan and participate in various marketing initiatives such as webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest adjustments accordingly.

• Leads Follow ups

  • Follow up on leads to convert them into prospective clients.
  • Take Feedback of lost leads and deals to improvise the marketing strategies and other process

• Market Analysis and Innovation

• • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Provide inputs to refine the company’s product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new platforms and channels for lead generation and marketing outreach.

• Reporting and Performance Metrics

  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, lead conversions, and campaign performance using CRM tools like Bitrix24.
  • Generate periodic reports to share updates on marketing efforts and lead pipeline.
  • Presentation of works done to the reporting manager and management as and when asked.
