What You’ll Do
Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop potential leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective clients for outreach.
Product Presentation:
- Present and pitch the company’s products and services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive excellent service and support.
Sales Closure:
- Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Address any client objections effectively and ensure a seamless deal closure process.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, progress on leads, and sales outcomes, using CRM tools like BITRIX.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the management team.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Act as a bridge between clients and other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Market Analysis:
- Gather market insights, analyze competitor activities, and use client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for new product offerings or improvements to existing services.
