What You’ll Do

Sales Support:

  • Assist Sales Executives with day-to-day tasks and activities.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer queries.
  • Manage customer KYC processes and ensure compliance.

Customer Interaction:

  • Call customers and write professional emails to engage and address their needs.
  • Help with registration, banking, trading, and related client onboarding procedures.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate records in BITRIX CRM software.
  • Log all customer interactions, meetings, and activities for seamless coordination.

Event Support:

  • Plan, target, and invite customers to webinars/seminars.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Track attendance and follow up with registered customers.

Website & Software Testing:

  • Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.
  • Work with developers to resolve issues and implement new versions.

Client & Investor Support:

  • Address customer queries promptly and send fee collection reminders.
  • Track advisory opportunities and improve client services (e.g., reports and performance updates).

Research & Innovation:

  • Conduct research for new product development and data insights.
  • Identify and implement improvements in client services.

Outside Visits:

  • Meet customers at their locations to complete registrations and other formalities.
  • Maintain detailed records of all visits and activities conducted outside.

Team Coordination:

  • Attend team meetings, webinars, and training programs on time.
  • Document and track all meetings, training sessions, and outcomes.
