- Profile 2: M.B.A. & M. Com.
Experience:
- Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates
What You’ll Do
Sales Support:
- Assist Sales Executives with day-to-day tasks and activities.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer queries.
- Manage customer KYC processes and ensure compliance.
Customer Interaction:
- Call customers and write professional emails to engage and address their needs.
- Help with registration, banking, trading, and related client onboarding procedures.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records in BITRIX CRM software.
- Log all customer interactions, meetings, and activities for seamless coordination.
Event Support:
- Plan, target, and invite customers to webinars/seminars.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
- Track attendance and follow up with registered customers.
Website & Software Testing:
- Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.
- Work with developers to resolve issues and implement new versions.
Client & Investor Support:
- Address customer queries promptly and send fee collection reminders.
- Track advisory opportunities and improve client services (e.g., reports and performance updates).
Research & Innovation:
- Conduct research for new product development and data insights.
- Identify and implement improvements in client services.
Outside Visits:
- Meet customers at their locations to complete registrations and other formalities.
- Maintain detailed records of all visits and activities conducted outside.
Team Coordination:
- Attend team meetings, webinars, and training programs on time.
- Document and track all meetings, training sessions, and outcomes.
