   1. Making entries in Bitrix CRM Software
   2. Finding the information as per instruction of Seniors
   3. Writing Emails to customers
   4. Preparation and execution of the Marketing Plan
2. Webinar / Seminar Event support
   1. Planning the Event
   2. Making Presentations
   3. Keeping the records of registered, attended, and followed up customer
   4. Helping Team for better presentation
   5. Handling online Presentation
   6. Keeping the records of all the action
3. Reporting
   1. Keeping regular attendance
   2. Entering all the activities in CRM Software
4. Meeting and Training
   1. Attending all the Team meetings of Finideas timely
   2. Attending webinar meetings timely
   3. Attending Training programs regularly
   4. Keeping records of all the meetings and training.
5. Tracking various systems
   1. Testing current website, software, and back-office
   2. Finding Bugs and helping developers to resolve the issues
6. Existing Investor Support
   1. Query resolution
   2. Fees collection reminder
7. Research and Service Innovation
   1. New product research (Data Research)
   2. Identify and implement improvements in client services
   3. Identifying opportunities to generate new leads over various platforms
