Position Details

Key Responsibilities:
Software Testing:
- Test software applications to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement.
Defect Reporting:
- Document and report defects found during testing, including steps to reproduce and expected results.
Test Case Development:
- Develop and maintain test cases to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
Test Environment Setup:
- Set up and configure test environments to mimic production environments.
Software Support:
- Provide technical support to customers, either directly or through internal stakeholders.
Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot software issues reported by customers, using debugging tools and techniques.
Knowledge Base Maintenance:
- Maintain and update knowledge bases, FAQs, and other support resources.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management.
Prepare the development task document, conduct testing, report any bugs identified, and follow up on their resolution.
Ensure all tasks assigned by the mentor are completed thoroughly and properly.
Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Software Applications:
- Knowledge of software applications, including web applications, mobile applications, and desktop applications.
